We understand that things are out of your control right now. We are working hard to keep you informed and up to date regarding our response to our homeowners. The health and safety of our homeowners, buyers, employees, and subcontractors is a priority to Kindred Homes.  

Kindred Homes is committed to complying with all CDC and OSHA guidelines and state and local orders concerning ongoing business operations during this time.  Our employees are instructed to stay home if they do not feel well or suspect they may have been exposed, and we kindly ask our customers to do the same. If you are infected with COVID-19, or a person in your home is infected, we will not enter your home. 

Kindred Homes will ensure your warranty issues are resolved as soon as it's safe for our employees and subcontractors to enter your home.  If your home is free of COVID-19, our employees and subcontractors will be able to work inside your home and must comply with social distancing guidelines during interaction with you.  If you suspect an employee or subcontractor is sick upon arrival, please feel free to reschedule your warranty appointment.
